Order Processing & Production Time Because Chateau Bow is a made-to-order brand, we do not hold excess inventory. Every item is printed and crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.
- Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.
- Important: This production time is separate from the shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order leaves our production facility, estimated transit times are as follows:
- USA: 5 – 12 business days
- UK & Europe: 5 – 15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 – 30 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or seasonal delays.
Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
- It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive the email.
- If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at chateaubow.official@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Chateau Bow is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Multiple Packages If you order different types of products (e.g., a hat and a tote bag), they may be shipped from different print providers to ensure the fastest delivery. In this case, you may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking numbers.
Lost or Stolen Packages Chateau Bow is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier but reported missing/stolen. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
- If your package is lost in transit (the tracking stops moving for 15+ days), please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.
